These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Operator") and DIVY CHI Pvt Ltd. ("Company") governing your access to and use of the DIVY CHI Planetary Logic Operating System, website, and all related services (collectively, "Services"). Use of the Services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
You may use DIVY CHI Services for lawful purposes consistent with your approved use-case application. Permitted uses include formal verification, research, regulatory compliance, enterprise intelligence, and other use cases disclosed in your access application.
All intellectual property in the DIVY CHI platform — including but not limited to the Universes' Existence Sciences framework, Formal Genesis methodology, NullOrigin Creation theory, proof engines, algorithms, software, and documentation — is owned exclusively by DIVY CHI Pvt Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The DIVY CHI name, logo, and "10 Crowns of Dominion" architecture are registered or common-law trademarks of DIVY CHI Pvt Ltd. No license to the underlying technology is granted by implication.
DIVY CHI provides formally verified outputs within the scope of its defined axiom sets and approved use cases. The Services are otherwise provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond the formally verified claims documented in the ELA.
Note on Performance Claims: Claims of 100% accuracy, zero hallucination, and formal proof apply specifically to DIVY CHI's verified output classes as defined in technical documentation. They do not constitute a warranty of fitness for every conceivable deployment scenario, nor do they override the need for appropriate human oversight in life-critical applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIVY CHI Pvt Ltd., its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by you to DIVY CHI in that period, or USD $1,000 for users who have not paid fees, whichever is greater.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public technical, commercial, and operational information of the other party disclosed in connection with the Services. This obligation survives termination for 5 years. Enterprise clients should refer to the NDA provisions of their ELA.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For enterprise clients, governing law is specified in the ELA. Disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
